Dear Brother Jonathan,

Greetings in His name.

Thank you very much for your prayers for VBS. Sorry for not updating you regarding VBS as we were busy in different kinds of activities related to church and organisation. We have been waiting for the reports from the teachers from their respective fields. We have received all the reports by the end of May. Through the reports we have acquired the following details. These are just for your kind information.

Total villages covered: 24

Total children reached: 14622 (Boys: 7854 Girls: 6768)

Christians: 4284

Non-Christians: 10338 (Hindus: 6482 Muslims: 3856)

Total No. of decisions: 2329 (Hindus: 1856 Muslims: 473)

Total children Bible clubs proposed: 25

Starting date of clubs: 1 July 2009

Closing date of the clubs: 30 Jun 2009

All praise and honor be to God and God only. We are so happy that 2329 children have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal saviour. Our main goal is to make these children to stand firm in their faith and follow Christ till their last breath. For the goodness of these children we have proposed 25 clubs. At present we are in the process of selecting the club leaders to take care of these 25 clubs. By the end of second week of June we will complete the selection process and inaugurate the clubs on 1 July 2009. We need your prayers for these children. We believe that these children will become a great blessing to their families and society in the days to come.

The budget for these clubs is as follows.

Sports kits: Rs.1800×25= Rs.45,000

Educational materials: Rs.650×25=Rs.16,250

Honorarium to club leaders: Rs.500×25=Rs.12,500/Month

We humbly request you to keep these needs in your prayers. The task ahead of us is not an ordinary one. Pray that God may strengthen our hands to accomplish the task which is ahead. All things are possible with God. Photos are not yet ready. Photos (reels) need to be developed, printed and scanned to attach. We will send them later when they become available.

As we continue to pray for you remember us in your prayers too. Prayers can make many things possible.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Convey my warm regards to all at home and church.

Yours in Him,

Rev.Philip Kuldeep
